Annual Permits

Ideal for employees who will park on campus most weekdays. These virtual permits are based on your license plate number, and will activate once you complete the registration process.

Where You’ll Park: These permits are valid in your primary assigned lot as well as overflow parking. Overflow lots include: K, P, U, V, X1, XX1, Z, Stadium Drive Garage and any lot that begins with a number except Lot 2.

How to Purchase: Contact your department’s transportation coordinator to register for an annual permit. They will help you complete the required forms below. These forms must be authorized by the transportation coordinator before you send them to the DOTS office at Regents Drive Garage.

Most employees pay for their annual permit through payroll deduction. If you purchase your annual permit through payroll deduction, it will automatically renew until you send the payroll deduction cancellation form to DOTS.

*This option is available starting in the Fall 2021 semester. Employees who need summer parking should register for a summer permit or purchase daily permits. A request form for purchasing 2-day and 3-day permits will be available later in the summer.

Buy a 2-day Permit (32 uses) or 3-day Permit (48 uses) to park as needed during the Fall 2021 semester! Ideal for employees who will not be on campus every day, but still need campus parking several days per week. Students, including graduate students, are not eligible.

Cost: Prorated rate based on your salary tier

Expiration Date: December 20, 2021

How to Use: This is a virtual permit based on your license plate. Each time you use a permit, you must activate it through your NuPark account before parking on campus. The permit must be activated on the day you plan to use it.

How to Purchase: Pay in full or enroll in payroll deduction. A request form for purchasing 2 and 3-day permits will be available later in the summer.

Refunds: If you purchase a 2-Day or 3-Day permit and your schedule changes, you may apply the paid value of any unused partial permits to the cost of a semester or annual permit.

 

Buy a pack of five, single-use permits to use as needed, with no expiration date. Ideal for employees who park on campus for four or more hours per day, one to two times per week.

Cost: $60 for a five-pack

Expiration Date: Daily permits do not expire.

How to Purchase: Complete the daily permit request form at least two business days before you need to park.

DOTS staff will review your completed request and add the permits to your parking account. You will then receive an email with information about online payment and instructions for using the permits. 

Refunds: These permits are not refundable, but the balance from unused permits can be applied to your parking account.
