Due to construction, several Shuttle-UM routes will be temporarily rerouted.

Passenger Survey

DOTS is implementing an ongoing Shuttle-UM passenger survey starting in October 2021. The data will inform future route planning and tell us more about riders. Take the survey.

Face Coverings Required

Everyone aboard Shuttle-UM, including those who are fully vaccinated, is still required to wear a face covering over their nose and mouth. Face coverings are required on public transportation.
