Our lobby has been closed and customer service has been contact-free throughout the pandemic. We are looking forward to assisting you in person soon! Until Monday, July 26, we will continue handling inquiries and cashier transactions online and over the phone. We remain available Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. to assist by phone and email.
STUDENT RESEARCH PAPERS
If you are writing a paper or proposal about DOTS, we encourage you to start your research by exploring our website. Our current sustainability programs are summarized under Sustainable Transportation. Our annual reports (under About Us) clearly lay out our finances, as well as other statistics such as Shuttle-UM ridership, number of parking spaces or our organizational structure. DOTS does not handle issues related to vehicular or pedestrian traffic on campus.

- Your name, contact information, and the class you are preparing for
- Your deadline for the requested information
- The questions you need answered/want to ask in an interview
