By including parking into your event planning process, you can create a seamless experience for your guests. Coordinate your event parking through the special events contract manager.

services we offer

ONSITE EVENT SUPERVISORS

From start to finish, the onsite event supervisor makes sure that your event runs as smooth for your guests as possible. Depending upon the size of your event, you may be required to have a supervisor on site to oversee the parking attendants.

WITH 7 DAYS NOTICE $45/HOUR
LESS THAN 7 DAYS NOTICE $60/HOUR
LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE $90/HOUR

 

PARKING ATTENDANTS

Attendants assist and guide your guests to your event parking. In addition to the cost of the spaces themselves, some events may require attendants to properly secure the reserved spaces. The Contract Manager will contact you about staffing requirements.  

WITH 7 DAYS NOTICE $35/HOUR
 LESS THAN 7 DAYS NOTICE $45/HOUR
LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE $70/HOUR

RESERVED PARKING

Reserved parking is based on the number of cars your event will bring to campus. Your guests' parking location will be at the discretion of the special events schedule and lot availability. To help determine the reservation size, please contact the special events contract manager. Event sponsors are financially liable for all reserved spaces both occupied and unoccupied as well as for the set-up time prior to your event starting.

For an additional cost, you can reserve a specific parking location on campus to better suit your guests' needs. Please speak to the events contract manager to verify that those accommodations can be made.

ADDITIONAL COST FOR SPACE RESERVATION:

  • 1-20 spaces: $25
  • 21-40 spaces: $35
  • 41+ spaces: $50

LOT PERMITS

Permits can be purchased for either surface lots or metered spaces depending upon the location of your event.

WEEKEND $10/DAY
LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE PRICE DOUBLES

 

CUSTOM SIGN PACKAGES

Custom sign packages include directional signage that helps your guests navigate the university campus.

STANDARD 24" X 36" SIZE $53/SIGN

 

JERSEY BARRIER RENTALS

You may rent up to 12 Jersey barriers per day. Jersey barriers are best used for events that require certain areas to be blocked off or for the redirection of traffic.

JERSEY BARRIER $35/DAILY (PER BARRIER)

 

NOTE: These services are available independent of each other.
