DOTS OFFICE CLOSED
In observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the DOTS office will be closed on Monday, January 19, 2026. Shuttle-UM will also be closed, with no service from Saturday, January 17, to Monday, January 19. SUMMER TO FALL INTERSEMESTER
Saturday, August 23–Monday, September 1: Any vehicle with OR without a current DOTS permit/CLPR may park in Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 11, 15, 16, 17 and 19. Faculty/Staff Lots and meters are enforced as usual.
Restrictions for athletics and special events still apply. Maryland football has a home game scheduled for Saturday, August 30.
4th of July
Happy Independence Day!
The DOTS office will be closed and Shuttle-UM service will be suspended on Friday, July 3, in observance of Independence Day.

Parking is Free.
Shuttle-UM
Shuttle-UM service will be suspended and will return to normal summer service on Monday, July 6.

DOTS Lobby Closed: 1/14/26
On Wednesday, January 14, the DOTS lobby in Regents Drive Garage will be closed for staff professional development. For assistance, you may email us at transportation@umd.edu or call our customer service line at 301-314-DOTS (3687). The DOTS lobby will reopen on Thursday, January 15.
