Tips for Successful Connections
- Know before you go: Check schedules in advance to make sure service is running when you’re planning to use it. Some bus or commuter rail routes may only operate on certain days or times.
- Be payment proficient: Shuttle-UM routes are fare free, but if you’re traveling with another transit provider make sure you know how to pay your fare. You may need to add in a little extra time to reload your SmarTrip card or purchase a ticket.
- Build in wiggle room: Add a little extra time into your schedule in case of traffic or unexpected delays.
Stay vigilant with your valuables: Keep your belongings close to you and make sure you have everything with you when you exit the vehicle. - Stay vigilant with your valuables: Keep your belongings close to you and make sure you have everything with you when you exit the vehicle.
