SUSTAINABLE TRANSPORTATION ASSITANT (STUDENT)JOIN OUR SUSTAINABILITY TEAMThe Sustainable Transportation Assistant will support the operations, planning, and evaluation of the UMD Smart Commute program, BikeUMD program, and other DOTS Sustainability Team initiatives. The UMD Smart Commute program works to engage, encourage, evaluate, and educate the campus community about sustainable transportation policies and programs. Sustainable modes of transportation in the purview of this program include but are not limited to: carshare, bikeshare, carpooling, public transit, biking, walking, electric vehicles, and teleworking to support our campus community of over 50,000 commuters on and off campus. $16.50/hr; 10 - 15 hours/week (Spring/Fall 2026); Part-time |
HUMAN RESOURCES ASSITANT (STUDENT)JOIN OUR HR TEAMThe Student Human Resource Assistant (SHRA) works with and assists the Student Human Resources Manager in facilitating the recruitment and hiring process for student positions at the Department of Transportation Services. Additionally, the SHRA promotes a fun, supportive and professional work environment. The position requires approximately 20 hours a week with $16.50/hr compensation. |
