| DOTS STUDENT EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION
Please read the following requirements before filling out this form.
In order to work at the Department of Transportation Services,
you must fulfill the following requirements. You must:
- be at least 18 years of age - (for driver applicants)
- be currently enrolled as a student at the University
of Maryland College Park
or University College
- have a good driving record with at least one year of driving experience - (for driver applicants)
- work a minimum of 12 hrs per week each semester - (for driver applicants)

if you are unable to submit this form electronically. You may also do the following:
- Obtain a hard copy of this application from any Shuttle-UM bus.
- Print a completed application from a computer and fax it to Human Resources Manager at (301) 314-9779 with the subject
heading " Student Employment Application"
